Colorado Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is a nonprofit investment fund that utilizes and leverages mission-driven capital to fill finance gaps in Colorado’s clean energy markets. CCEF operates on the “Green Bank” model and identifies unserved and underserved clean energy opportunities in Colorado. CCEF works with a variety of stakeholders to structure funding that makes these opportunities reality. You will be evangelizing our mission, engaging with potential clean energy projects – building strong bonds with contractors, developers, and service providers. Spend your days:

  • Driving the business development strategy, engaging key stakeholders, and developing new business relationships – you are a key face of CCEF
  • Overseeing all communication, ensuring internal and external messaging reflects company values
  • Building strong connections with vendors, contractors, and service providers, serving as a central point of contact for them – activating, handling escalations, removing obstacles and keeping everyone informed
  • Work in partnership with your CCEF team to identify potential channels, sources, and strategic partnerships
  • Partnering with your CCEF marketing team to develop outreach and recruitment collateral materials
  • Evangelizing our mission through networking, industry events and conferences throughout Colorado and beyond

Show us your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or environmental studies
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project development or commercial/residential real estate development with exposure to clean energy projects
  • Understanding of clean energy technologies, including energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, building energy management, building electrification or solar project development
  • Demonstrated experience with contractor and vendor management – engaging and building strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Technological savvy with proficiency with mainstream productivity tools – we use Google Workspace, Zoho and Asana
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, pride of ownership, and internally wired toward excellence
  • Purposeful drive with a passion for renewable energy and the environment
  • Current Residency in Colorado
