We are excited to share that our recent funding request to increase the minimum member stipend amount for eligible, low-income WSC enrollees has been approved for the upcoming 2023-24 program year! This means that enrollees living in households earning less than 200% of the federal poverty level at the time of enrollment may qualify for an increased stipend, equating to the current Washington State minimum wage. See federal poverty guidelines here:

The increased stipend level is equivalent to current Washington State minimum wage. It comes out to a 10.5 month term at $2,548 per month.  If you find that you are not eligible, then you would receive the current Tier 2 Stipend of $2,141 a month and all benefits.
