Full-Time Urban Parks Manager

Job Description

New Jersey Conservation Foundation is seeking a full time staff member to join our team in the City of Camden. The successful candidate will work to enhance and manage Camden parks, and help engage the community in recreational and educational events in parks, on the water and on trails. We are seeking candidates who have strong project management and communication skills; enjoy working with the public and partner organizations; are familiar with Camden’s neighborhoods; have a baseline understanding of environmental issues and topics; have experience coordinating and hosting events; are comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions; and are able to work nights and weekends as needed, especially during Spring and Fall. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
