Job Description

The Senior Program Coordinator will work with Philadelphia Climate Works to develop and advocate for climate justice policies that reflect the shared goals of environmental justice communities, labor advocates, environmental allies, and other coalition partners. The Coordinator will also work with the coalition to build support for racial, climate, environmental, and economic justice throughout Philadelphia. Women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community are encouraged to apply. A college degree is not required. The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000 and includes excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as a retirement savings 401(k) plan. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate impact on racial, economic, and climate justice economic initiatives and have experience leading coalitions consisting of diverse stakeholders working towards shared goals.
