The Position

We’re looking for a full time Program Manager with experience in conservation and/or development, fluency in Portuguese, and willingness to travel and work both independently and with a local and international team. Ideal Program Managers have both previous direct program work experience and a Masters-level education.

You will spend 80% of your time managing our current projects on two mountains in Mozambique.  In addition, you’ll spend another 20% of your time helping us grown the program to new mountains. Position details include:

• 35 days PTO
• Medical/401K
• Typical starting salary of $60,000/year

The Location

Work from home in the US and abroad—Program Managers are on-site in Mozambique 8-9 months a year.
