Full-Time Preserve Manager
Audubon Canyon Ranch is hiring a Preserve Manager to supervise the day to day operations of the 1,000-acre Martin Griffin Preserve. Primary duties include administrative and volunteer support for and oversight and management of Preserve facilities including buildings, utilities, grounds, roads, trails and equipment. Working collaboratively with the Preserve Biologist, the Preserve Manager insures that Preserve facilities are safe, secure, and maintained to support Audubon Canyon Ranch’s operational, programmatic and stewardship priorities. The MGP Preserve Manager will be a strategic thinker who researches and implements best management and use of the Preserve in alignment with ACR’s mission and vision. This is an administrative position and not primarily field-based.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (biology or related field, preferred but not required) and have two or more years’ experience in facility, preserve and/or project management.

This is a full-time exempt position. ACR offers competitive salary, medical and dental coverage, vacation and sick leave, and 403(b) contribution. Desired start date is April 1, 2019.
