Full-Time People and Culture Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process.
- Lead the payroll process.
- Steer the development of the organisation culture.
- Steer the careful management of people, human, and emotional matters in the organisation.
- Manage the office operations in the start-up phase.
Requirements
- Over three years of experience in leading the abovementioned human resource processes with the potential to show samples of work done
- Familiarity with German labour laws is desirable
- Willingness to live and work in Berlin
- Willingness to travel overseas for work, especially to sub–Saharan Africa
- Openness and adaptability to the atmosphere at a start-up
- Professional references
- In addition to English fluency, languages desired are French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
- Education in social work or human resource management is desirable
- Knowledge of climate protection and landscape restoration is a plus
