Austin, TX or San Diego, CA – Partner Operations

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Partner Coordinator to join our fast growing team.  Dividend financing products are introduced to Homeowners through licensed home improvement and solar contractors (aka Partners).  The Partner Coordinator will work closely with our National Partner Manager to review and qualify these contractors as approved partners on the Dividend Platform.   Passion and knowledge around energy financing is a must.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all information provided in the application packet to ensure compliance and accuracy of documents submitted
  • Pull third party background reports, licensing searches, and additional reports to complete review of Interested contractors
  • Perform exploratory and Investigative research to ensure the contractor Is repeatable and appropriate licensed
  • Review company Insurance certificates and financial reports (balance sheet and income statement)
  • Support management in identifying at risk contractors based upon background reports and additional documentation provided as part of the vetting process
  • Coordinate with the contractor on answering questions, resolving discrepancies and providing additional required documentation
  • Coordinate multiple residential solar and home improvement applications from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance emphasis preferred)
  • Understanding of commercial insurance and corporate financial review highly preferred
  • Good time management skills
  • Web savvy, well-versed in Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Word) & Adobe
  • Quick learner and ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
  • Must be very organized and have great communication skills
  • Team player
