Fulltime, seasonal (March – Nov)
Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00/hr, DOE

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
• At least one year working in agriculture, preferably in vegetable farming
• Preferred experience operating small farm tractors and related farm equipment
• Familiarity with typical hand tools used to cultivate and harvest Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Experience with people with cognitive disabilities desired but not required
