Estimator / Project Manager

From the first contact for a new job through to invoicing, this role oversees and manages projects start to finish. Bidding a high volume of residential and commercial projects with accuracy and attention to detail, the estimator must quickly develop a rapport with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners, and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and project success. The office liaison for projects, estimators project manage and offer support to a crew working in the field ensuring the success of a project.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Consult with clients and conduct site visits to provide cost estimates for deconstruction services
-Coordinate project logistics, schedule and staffing needs
-Work with field staff and clients to address issues as they arise
-Monitor, manage, and document project progress and cost
-Invoice client for all project costs

Requirements:
-Great customer service skills
-3-5 years of construction experience, with a thorough understanding of building systems and construction processes; Experience in an estimator position in construction preferred
-At least 1 year of experience in a management position
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
-Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
