Full-Time Change Management Program Manager

Job Description

GreenerU seeks a skilled process and group facilitator who has experience managing change in complex organizations like colleges and universities. The ideal candidate can manage and maintain strong relationships and is a clear and concise communicator. They are adaptable to the ever-flexible consulting world, passionate about sustainability and climate justice, and excited about working with a fast-paced team of charismatic individuals. We are a team that is unafraid to take new approaches, operates with a sense of urgency, and seeks to make real change happen.

This person will act as a project manager to support the varying needs of our clients, ensuring that projects are on time and on budget. Examples of past work include climate action plans, energy master plans, sustainability strategic plans, communication and engagement strategies, sustainability assessments, and behavior change programs. This person must be a strategic thinker capable of interpreting and clarifying high-level climate action projects for diverse groups and managing the
deployment of programs or projects that will help clients meet milestones within their strategic plans.

The program manager will report to GreenerU’s director of change management. This role can be performed remotely, but a hybrid model is preferred with availability to work in-person on a regular basis in our Waltham, MA office and on site, as client needs dictate.

The salary range is $70,000–$80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
