Job Description


Administrator and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: 


  • Creating registration forms for new seasons 
  • Generating reports as needed
  • Processing scholarship applications
  • Coordinating work-trade tasks


  • Updating website as needed (WordPress)
  • Generating monthly newsletters (Mailchimp)
  • Post regularly on social media and other online networks
  • Organizing public tabling events (camp fairs/etc)
  • Organizing Open Houses
  • Answering emails and phone calls from potential participants or directing them towards appropriate person on staff

Human Resources:

  • Processing payroll each month for all aunties/program staff
  • Sending onboarding materials to all staff, including contract, and invitations to all online payroll, expense tracking and program management systems.


  • Approving expenses (Expensify)

Office Administration:

  • Keeping office supplies (printer paper, ink, etc) stocked as needed

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent computer and online app skills
  • Attention/eye for detail and delight in the details!
  • Experience working on a team
  • Good communicator
  • Passionate about our mission
  • Committed to equity and social justice

Additional qualifications (not required)

  • Multilingual, high priority for Spanish
  • Flexibility with work hours, and ability and desire to increase in hours in future
