Role Summary

Responsible for program coordination and delivery of project oriented solutions. The Field/ Project Coordinator acts as a go-to resource for efficiency projects and programs.

This is a part-time role.

Role Description

  • Supports Efficiency program(s) by performing outreach events and education activities with customers, contractors and client trade ally networks, reporting monthly on field activity and preparing other internal and external correspondence.
  • Represents Ecova and our clients to resellers, retailers and distributors.
  • Ensure program products are up-to-date and accurate in assigned territory.
  • Data entry and data checks for program activity and record keeping
  • Serve as the representative for Ecova and our clients at outreach events. Educate customers at events about the energy efficiency program(s).
  • Distribute program materials and provide participating retailers with appropriate training on energy efficiency programs.
  • Assists in meeting/event planning and organization for program events.
  • Convey new and upcoming developments in the program to retailers and customers.
  • Gather valuable feedback to help track and measure the Program’s success in transforming the marketplace.
  • Serve as the communication link between Ecova, the client and the retailers.
  • Communicate program goals and activities to the participating retailers, customers and your team.
  • Interface with the public and handle customer issues, complaints and questions.
  • Performs related work as required

 

Role Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiarity with mapping and scheduling software a plus.
  • Requires 1 year of experience in managing project work plans, task completion, and/or project tasks.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric technologies concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred.
  • Team leadership, coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Training experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-directed is required.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and matrix-managed teams is also required
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for process improvement and finding efficiencies
  • Ability to interact with multiple software platforms during a single transaction
  • Flexibility, team work and a sense of fun
  • Ability to multi-task, and still deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment with constant change
