Job Description

Confluence is seeking an Executive Director to advance and expand our work in environmental justice and provide leadership in organizational development, staff management, fundraising, financial management and identifying areas for future programming.  Skills in non-profit management, environmental/social justice work, fundraising, community relationship building, staff supervision and collaborative organizational development.  Starting salary range is $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience.
